Clay Wires
For trimming pots while throwing, cutting pots off the wheel and for cutting
clay for wedging. The smaller wires are for wheel work and will not last if used
on full bags where a wedging wire should be used. The shell pattern wire is used
to produce the distinctive scallop shell pattern or "Potters Thumb" on
the base of the pot. Avoid bending the wedging wire.
